Summer is here and so is the heat! During these warm summer months, sometimes all you need is a cool, refreshing snack. However a lot of frozen treats that are traditionally enjoyed over the summer can cause decay and damage to your teeth due to the high sugar contents. As your local Liverpool NY dentist, we have gathered two delicious recipes that are healthy, cool and refreshing, perfect for healthy teeth and perfect for summer!

Water is the healthiest and most refreshing drink for your body on hot summer days. If you want to change up the taste, then this fruit infused naturally flavored water is the recipe for you to keep you hydrated in the summer heat!
